More accurately, shredded. The cow was de-boned, gutted, dissected into pieces, shredded, and then cooked... however phillies are cooked. 
But first, the cow was told that it was ugly, to tenderize it.

If it didn't have cheese whiz on top, it was not truly a Philly Cheesesteak. 
In other news, Lays Philly Cheese Steak Potato chips are delectable
Throw a bunch inside a BLT and you've got nirvana.

I made enchiladas stuffed with beef, navy beans, onions, and bell peppers. Covered in cheddar cheese.
Served with baked squash and corn.

The last time I was in Philadelphia I ordered a giant soft pretzel with beer cheese. No other food necessary.

Delicious foods
Ok slice of sweety smoky kassler with rice. Tomorrow my turn to offer friends. Meal is cream or goat cheese potato casserole with beef steak and pancake with cherry jam. It after coffee and biscuit.

Broiled Chicken Parmesan with provolone, pasta with green peppers and zucchini squash in tomato basil sauce. Sliced tomatoes with oregano, salt & pepper.
Lot of squash and peppers out of the garden lately

Specialty stores get blueberry and banana in Finland. I googled. I have never tasted them. Maybe later on I test them. Ok.

Jambalaya
I did mine with shrimp, hot sausage, chicken, green peppers, jalapeno peppers, crushed red peppers, black pepper, onions, celery, okra, jasmine rice, red chili, chicken broth, and cajun seasoning.
Served with fresh pineapple.

Something else from yesterday:
Hawaiian Stuffed Peppers
Diced SPAM, finely diced pineapple, and diced onion with jasmine rice cooked in chicken broth. Mix them together and tightly stuff the gutted bell peppers (I recommend yellow) and bake covered until tender. Outstanding.
If spam grosses you out, you can substitute it with diced ham, but the spam actually works really well and it's not overpowering with everything else mixed in.

Raspberry season is over but lots of blackberries to harvest in the woods. Very high fiber.
Making a frozen blackberry/yogurt pie. Puree the blackberries, add yogurt & some sugar and pour into a gramcracker crust, then freeze it.
Also gonna try turkey soaked in a Thai coconut curry.

I tried two avocado salad variants, both were super delicious.
#1: Diced avocado with navy beans, spinach, onion, olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
#2: Diced avocado with green peas, onion, sesame oil, sesame seeds, and balsamic vinegar.

But today I ate 400g steak with honey mixed with beer. Boiled 5 potatoes.

i like frog legs; never heard of frog burger, tho. interest piqued. how was the moisture content? cooked well done?

Frogs are also a staple of the Eastern Norman strongholds of Sicily, there used to be fairs for frogs, apparently they stopped due to scarcity now, which is sad, one more thing my father did that I can't do.
