Hi guys, any news here? it is much more simpler to reverse engineer with LLMs, did you guys had any progress? could we gather all knowledge in one github repository?

No hope. Your post is first HoMM4 post in 2026. I am regularly visiting but it seems everyone abandoned. Still i have lots of unsolved issues.

It's just because everyone is used to discussing issues on Discord.
The forum seems a bit outdated.
If you're not a programmer, code won't be useful to you. If you want to know how to modify the game, you can post on Discord.
