As my avatar shows, my most favourite is Aenain: Wisdom + Air Magic + Disrupting ray spec. But I don't think he is the best. With Luna and her Fire Wall, you can do crazy early game neutral cleaning, but in the end I'll go with Monere: Logistics and Offense are to good to be passed

Luna hands down, she seems quite overpowered when used properly on certain map styles.
