To some extent, it is binary when a host of nations perceive a common geopolitical menace. Im not saying this: current events are. Every nation that shares a border with Russia is starting to solidify itself as against Russia, and then they coalesce with each other to improve their security. That creates a binary east-west division.

And then W Europe and US chime in because anybody who isnt mentally retarded knows that "minding your own business" is bogus nonsense. What effects one country/region will have economic/political ripples everywhere and it is more true than ever with how trade is between everybody and anynody. Interventionism, on the whole, is excellent policy. Worked pretty good in Europe to bomb the Nazi Serbs into submission. Ill even admit Russia did pretty good at crushing IS in Syria.

So the US will involve itself to protect its interests, exactly as it ought and is 100.00% entitled to do, and exactly as any organism on Earth does right down to the bacteria in your toilet. And Russia is garanteed to be the loser in it.

Do you seriously believe that U.S. intervention is on a "innocently managing the ripple effect" level. I mean, it still feels weird to realize most Americans actually believe Hollywood.

And based on? What do you think it would happen in public opinion if from tomorrow (let's dream) our medias started to honor their profession standards and report that: USA fueled, armed and financed the Ukrainian conflict, USA financed and armed the terrorists from Al-Nostra, which later defected to Isis, the russian collusion with presidential elections was a lie, the spy poisoning has no whatsoever proof to back it, then same goes for Syrian war supposed gas attacks.

Of course the US armed the Ukranians sweetie. They wanted them to. What the hell did you expect? Ukraine is a swing country. That is where proxy war happens. (Final objective is Moscow, not Kiev, but Ukraine is a milestone.)

Im the one accused of being naive, but Im pretty sure it is the other way around.

No, it's usually they have no options but to intervene even though they dont really want to because it's for a self-defensive royal cause and the oppressed people of Elbonia are practically begging for it anyway.

I'm not suggesting every U.S. intervention in history was unconditionally evil but they are usually far from your innocent "nature of the beast" portrayal. Here is an example of one of the most notorious ones for instance, Kissinger overthrowing a completely democratically elected administration and replacing it with a brutal military dictatorship because the elected ones were socialists and he was afraid of "the ripple effect." Link. I know about the results of the 1980 coup they supported here, (in one of your general's words, "our boys have done it"), dozens of political suspects somehow decided to all commit suicide the next day by jumping off from the roofs of police stations, depression must be contagious! Spreading Western ideals you say?

I agree with artu, here. The u.s. government and their agencies have been in the destabilization/intervention business for far too long. These vermin don't need to be doing anything but being replaced as a whole.

The US did a bit more than 'arming' the Ukrainians, Blizz. They put Svoboda (you know, the nazi party) in via a coup d'état. The US/NATO (Washington) can't stop creating geopolitical conflicts and wars based on nothing solid. I would say that it would be wise, after the Powell incident, to be extremely careful when the US want to sanction other countries. For example, expelling diplomats of the 2nd nuclear power worldwide country based on 'probably' is insane imo. Truth is, NATO's existence made sense when USSR still was a threat. But now, who is making illegal wars for the past decades around the world for private interests? Who is actively seeking conflict? And to what end?

Slavmalia is a huuuuuge mess right now. although it died out a bit, it's still worse than what it was in the early 90s.

You have Saakashvilli trying to pull something, and they've recently put the Nadia Krasavica Pinochetovka (Savchenko) on trial for attemped terrorist attack on the Rada.

Meanwhile, rapists, marxist drug cartel people, pedos and organ harvesters are running willy nilly in Donbass, while being praised by catalan antifa soyboys, although I heard one of them fled to Turkey because they found out about his love for underage girls and the slavmalians wanted his head.

Why they do it? simple, Russian land is a treasure trove of natural resources, Siberia is basically untouched, save for a few bits here and there.

Let's note some important differences:

US was radically anti-communist in 70s, so in that sense it shared similar votality that Trump has. (Light years better than the USSR which was the most murderous government in human history.)
US acted alone
US had little internal support (Chile wanted what it wanted)

Now, let's look at something such as the aftermath in Yugoslavia

Serbians were being literal rockstars and gentlemen.
US had support from within former Yugoslavia
US had support from other major powers
Intervention was swift and powerful. Serbs resisted fiercly but the alliance held and Serb army kept getting pulverized. Families grieved. Mothers wailed. Serbs fall into blackness of despair and give up. No more invasions of love. Things settle down.
Clinton more or less achieved his objectives.

You dont need to do something out of goodwill for it to have positive consequences.

Of course it deserves to go to the mods. You live in a 3rd world country where only one side is allowed to use strong language and the other side is jailed and silenced for having a different opinion, so it makes sense for your twisted double standards to apply here as well (Galaad, who is himself a mod, used the IDENTICAL word just now and you completely ignored him and targeted me, you outstanding Davidian image of masculinity and perfection. Justify that. Right. You cant and you know it)

blizzardbloke you rustled my filthy hairy jimmies mate, I personally say you are hard on Russia as they are a proud state of master trolls to be respected (and much more importantly are very good at modding Heroes 3 as Salamander said),

also bear in mind many of the American public are very silly, after all do not forget that you got a choice of many candidates to be the president like Berney and you all either stayed in bed or voted for the most blatant ******* moron parody president the world has seen, it would be like electing Wee Jimmy Kranky or Ali G to be the Prime Minister of Scotland which is a old jolly laugh, except they would be less embarrassing and Ali G would rape less women cheers lol

Well I don't know much about Serbia, but as long as Svoboda goes, this is the former flag from Svoboda (looks familiar?), here a pretty picture of the party's founder and leader... Just calling things what they are.
But we are drifting away from this thread's topic...
I would also suggest a couple of edits to some posts...
