Come to think of it, I made things much more difficult for myself, the answer would fluctuate between 3 and 4 depending on my mood, why did I even try to put one above the other? Now it's just difficult.
Originally I wanted to have 4 as the right answer, since it's incredibly majestic and it fits a country of kings, I'm almost envious. But 3 actually is incredibly awesome, while it doesn't feel like a national anthem per se it's also incredibly powerful and if I didn't know that Montenegro is a small nation on the Balkans I'd probably think it's a nation to fear.
Now, I have a love and hate relationship with God save the queen, while not among the best I admit I like it, it has that sombre yet regal tune, it also helps that I've enjoyed it in its German variant: Heil mit dir Siegerkranz, being a Prussiaboo and all. The Austrian and Romanian anthems are good, but they are in that category of anthems with good lyrics but common choir feeling, I admit it, I like it when they are bombastic, which is also why I didn't include the German/Austro-Hungarian anthem, the Russian/Soviet anthem or the DDR anthem, all of which are in my top 7 loved national anthems (and could have been singled out immediately). And then there's the Italian one, also omitted due to conflicts of interest, and I'll admit I like it almost everytime, be it Fratelli d'Italia, the Royal March, the Canzone del Piave or even Giovinezza. And of course, if I included the Two Sicilies, that would have been an even more obvious choice.
So point to Panda for being the first to guess one of the two, I'd just like to take this moment to say this...
HOW COULD YOU EVEN CONSIDER THE AMERICAN ANTHEM OR THE MARSEILLAISE! IT'S BASIC NERAEUS 101!

There are some places I would like to visit before fading from existence. Which of these are not on the top of priorities?
1. Dublin, because Four-Leaf-Clover.
2. Paris, because Eiffel.
3. Socotra, because Otherworldly.
4. New Zealand, because Hobbit.
5. Japan, because watashi wa burajiru jin desu.
6. Tibet, because Solitude.

I would love going to Japan, during the Spring as they say. Dublin looks like one of the cities I would like to live. Socotra seems magical, except the part where the country is in an eternal state of war (aside that, would love going there). New Zealand is, in fact, the country I am planning, yet not really meaning, to move to.
I'm not ever too interested on places everyone here likes to go, such as Paris. That was one of the guesses right. The other one is Tibet, because the overall feeling of the entire region ... dunno, wouldn't want to go there either! Too desolate, I would think.

The thing about Paris is you won't go because of Eiffel, but because the city is gorgeous. Also very rich artistically.
Eiffel tower is kinda ugly, it's a bit like there is only the bones but not the monument itself.

The thing about Paris is that most of my friends went there. So, they all tell the same damn thing and sort of spoil my curiosity. Then I feel like going someplace I would kinda of have the impression of going there for the first time PLUS the ambiance of not too crowded, if possible.

I'm unsure on how similar being told about and actually being in the place is. From my experience each town and country have their own atmosphere and mentality, I still think I visit a new place if I never went there before, even if some friend described it to me beforehand. About crowded, yes capitols tends to have lots of population, but it also depends where you are and when.

@Elvin Both Mistborn and Stormlight archives were written by Brandon Sanderson, and they are in the same universe. I love Stormlight archives, but I just like Mistborn a little bit more.
