It's 4 because ffs I'm still salty about the whole affair, unlike the other territories and like Istria these lands were the third place where a parallel neo-latin Italian language was born, were held by romanized peoples and later were under the suzerainty of Venice from time to time, there was a significant part of the population that was wholly Italian (and especially the city folk) to the point that the Austrians decided to encourage the education of the Slavs and the outlawing of Italian to substitute the urban population, aside from the expulsion and mass incarcerations of course, not only that, it was denied to us after we betrayed an ally and bled like hell to give the final blow to them, and when we finally gained it we were on the wrong side of the war, so we lost it, lost Istria and then the remaining Italians were either killed or expelled.
And to add more salt to the wound, the major cities are the most Italian cities of the region, going on a little tangent outside of Dalmatia, the Slovenians wanted Trieste so bad because Ljubljana was a backwater city compared to it, they have fusilli in Slovenia and the Brodet (Venetian Broth) in Croatia!
Nice and Savoy were close to the french, and to be fair, the house of Savoy was a french one, and like with Val d'Aosta today, those regions were at least close enough to allow an organic mixing of people, not that I like the idea of Italians becoming French, but at least that happened relatively "peacefully".
Corsica was Genoan and should've stayed so, but it was also sold, and Corsicans are like Sardinians and us, they are and aren't Italians, we islanders are our own thing, on a macro level I'd love to see Corsica returned, but I wouldn't really mind them being simply independent.
Same for Malta, technically Italian (actually Sicilian, Malta was part of our kingdom until the Knights were ousted), but also pretty distinct, I'm okay with them being independent, better than being subject to foreigners.
And the Italian canton can stay where they are, they are a strange bunch, they roleplay as Germans and prefer staying on their own, so let them, I don't care.
And people ask me why I hate Napoleon, without that prick the Italian republics wouldn't have fallen, and with them the Adriatic Italians would have been safe in the borders of the Serenissima... Also, that's why I honestly don't mind anymore that we ruined the world by letting the Entente win, those Austrian pricks deserved every misfortune upon them for attacking our people.

Not only is caviar one of the most disgusting seafood items apart from the rotten herring that sverigestani fishmunchers eat, it's so bloody overhyped, like salmon.
It is not a savory snack of a gentleman, but something "new russians" eat by the buckets. Thus it is a staple of any eastern bloc "luxury" meal course.
out of other foods I haven't eaten oysters, but then again I stay away from all shellfish after winning projectile vomit championship after eating some mussels. was not a good day that one.
