Barren Starting Areas in 5.5
Hi, don't know if this was a problem before but in the latest version, when I'm generating maps with the ARNG according to the recommended settings, their contents are very sparse, especially in the starting areas, but not only.
Sure, the mines are all there, and the dwellings, witch huts and prison, but they're spread out over an enormous area with half or more of my main hero's movement points between one fight and the next - and that's on road. Off it I'm lucky if I can string together 4-5 fights in a week.
Maybe I'm just that bad of a player, but is there anything I could do to make the early game more... populated with fights and content? I mainly play necro, and I feel like the world's biggest chump using 9 dark energy in w1 and 30 in w2 because I can't even get to the fights.
