Packing music help
I have made an entire custom music list replacing all themes for H4 for my mod (though anyone can use it).
It will be released as the "This is EPIC!" music pack.
But... I can't actually pack the files.
After changing motherboard and PC neither MH098 nor H4ResEx work correctly (yes, I have reinstalled... many times with different configurations)
Only ResEdit works, but it can't build files with sounds correctly (I have forced it to recognize .mp3 files, but they aren't read by tha game after they are packed into the .H4R - Everything sounds silent.)
Sound files aren't read as .h4d in the data folder.
If anyone can download the music from this link, pack it into a working .h4r file, and send it to me, I will be eternally grateful. And you will earn a place in the mod and music pack credits.

it worked... mostly
The Grass sound doesnt work.
Could you try rebuilding it while including sound.terrain.grass.mp3 and sound.terrain.Grass.mp3 ? (Try both cases)
THis is strange, since this very same file had worked when added directly to my own mod files (instead of a separate music file)
Alas, I can't do that now due to those nonfunctional programs...
Maybe I will have to edit in another computer but my other computer is an exytremely slow 2006 laptop :V
PS: Strangely I am listening to the grass sound now. Am I going insane or what?

Hm? The grass stuff worked for me if my mermory serves well. I think I tested all of them before I uploaded. But I'm not sure and I can't test it now...

It worked last time I tried. But not first.
And what I noticed is that for some reason sound.combat.start doesn't work properly: This is causing a crash when visiting Colisseums (of Might and Magic)
Doesn't matter, will try to see if I can fix my old laptop if H4ResEx works there... maybe putting the file there works, or adding the changed music to my mod file and leaving the original untouched.
But thanks again anyways.
ALso, I have seen your objects in karmakeld pack. Very nice, very good animation.
