How can i remove specific skills from the game?

I was tought i was removed logistics from the game with this way

HeroClass.xdb
<ID>HERO_CLASS_RANGER</ID>
<obj>
<NameFileRef href="HeroClass/HeroClassRanger.txt"/>
<SkillsProbs>
<Item> <SkillID>HERO_SKILL_LOGISTICS</SkillID>
<Prob>0</Prob>
</Item>

But somehow still it appears when we level up. How can i do that?

If you want to remove the logistics skill from rangers :

1. In the HeroClass file, set the ranger's logistics prob to 0
2. In the skills file, set (all) the logistics skills' prob to 0 for rangers.

I hope this will help

This is the section i was talking about. It is already set 0 as you can see. But somehow still it appears during the game (not just the ranger, all heroes) and i am sure i have double checked everything.

Edit. By the way i cannot see anything about prob's into the Skills.xdb
