Map editor on GoG HOMM 2 ?

I wondered if the map editor for the GoG version of Homm 2 works the same way as the original gold version...
I ask, because the game use dosbox on the GoG version...

The GoG gold edition of Homm 2 contain the expansion Price of Loyalty, that just great, just wonder if the new content is available in the vanilla campaign...

No, the succession wars campaign is unchanged. In general you have the choice to play or create maps with or without PoL content, and of course all the PoL campaigns may feature PoL-exclusive content

Yes, but I actually had in mind the new building for Necropolis towns (SHRINE/Necromancy amplifyer)is it available in vanilla campaigns too ?

Can I modify the original campaign map for, besides changing the difficulty level (this one I know I can, I already did), use the new contents ?

I admit it is tempting to add a Barrow Downs on every campaign map...

But I think the Shrine and additionnal artifacts would be great enough...

It works, you can add POL elements in the vanilla campaigns and it keeps working, disturbing things are you have the town musics of POL and you don't have the possibility to build Shrines in Necropolis towns (do I have to do something special for that ?)...

UPD : I just noticed that in GoG version there is a shortcut to change musics...
