Just watched it. This dude has always the toughest fights I've seen. Before watching his clips 1 month ago I wouldn't have even believed that you can kill thousands of tier 7 creatures with a handful of whatever low tier creatures, but seeing how he takes advantage of the terrain and other little known game mechanics I now believe that any fight is winnable under the right conditions

Well, great fights but always same AI deficient setup so you can abuse him. No blind, no dispel, no meteor shower, no implosion given. But instead clone useless spell - while you have force field, only to drag fast mana and reach resurrect phase quicker.

Does a more competent AI even exist in other HoMM games?

AI will use what you give him, as mapmaker. If you don't give him neither blind, mass cure or dispel, then he can be abused.

Ok, but I think the AI will always be abusable because the human brain is more advanced than the AI. Even if the mapmaker would have given the AI all possible spells in the game and all magic schools at expert level a good player (like the guy in this clip) will always find ways to defeat it
