New Interface mod not working properly

I installed it with ERA Mod Manager and it's pretty far up in my load order. Any suggestions?

The townscreen also looks unchanged, only what you see, the heroscreen and the unique abilities screen.

Additional question: where can I find the mod that changes the movement path icons on the map to a more modern look?

Change mod priority in mod manager. It should be toppest mod.
