The Finnish one hasn't been taken into operation, yet. Fact is, at this point there ARE NO storage facilities fir civilian High Level nuclear waste - although there is a lot around.
Germany isn't that cold a country - and will probably become warmer within the next years.

That's extremely vague Sal. Muslims say Allah-u Akbar all the time. It's not a coined hate word just because they love to watch Star Wars. You might as well make it illegal for French people to talk about cheese & wine, or Germans to talk about their poop fetishes. It would cause a total breakdown in society.

Look, there is one thing which is more important in a society than "laws", is individual common sense and will to adapt.
Sure one can say anything he likes (I mean I also can go in Israel and straight raise my right hand every time I see a jew, what's wrong at that move, we raise our hands all the time), but when your community is already hated because representatives from it killed over 280 people and injured 600 others in the last 4 years, all yelling the same "Allah Akbar", is a matter of intelligence and common sense to tone down on that Specific thing.
In people's perception it became a subversive word, associated with fear and death. I doubt cheese and german poop chatting is anywhere near that.

My sentiment towards an Allah-u akbar mob is to wipe them out with a blow torch. But sentiments are one thing, the law is another, on what grounds are you going to ban it? It’s one thing to dislike and disapprove what the crowd does, and yes, it is aggressive and senseless, it is another thing to complain that the government didnt do anything. What could they do? The most they could do is give a security alert and put more cops on the street in case the crowd goes wild and have intelligence reports on the main figures and tail them. I’m sure both had been done.

@artu, France has a whole arsenal of laws against religion proselytism in public.
They just don't enforce the respect of such laws when coming to Islam because they fear civil war the next day.

But yeah, Allah ackbar is 100% recognised as a terrorist/hate thing. If you want to be praising god or whatever, you can at least have the decency to do it in the language of the country you live in.
...it might also be a trap.

It wouldn’t be a problem if someone says Allah-u Akbar quitely while praying or people say it together calmly inside a mosque, in such a context it would be no different than Halellujah. (Which language is that). The idiocy is to shout it out in the manner of a lynch mob.

Any of those would do perfectly fine for threatening language.
"Allah-u Akbar" is a negative. You guys in France have some seriously restrictive ideas related to expression if something that you find subjectively obnoxious makes it on a list for hate speech. I don't like your mansion-sized anal plug but I'm not crying about it. If it's bothering you that much you can always counter troll them, although that might not be completely safe.
But hey, go ahead and prosecute. Enjoy the consequences.
