movement.txt
Is anyone familiar with this H3 text file?
The first column is obviously how many movement points you have depending on slowest unit's speed. (For some reason it goes all the way to 0 speed, even though the slowest creatures have 3 speed.)
The second column is movement with No/Basic/Advanced/Expert Navigation.
But what about the third column?
Equestrian's Gloves is obviously movement bonus for this artifact.
I'm assuming Ring of the Wayfarer is actually Boots of Speed, since it's fits with +600 movement points.
Necklace of Ocean Guidance, fits with +1000 movement points at sea.
Next is Angel Wings, but why are they here? and why is there no Sea Captain's Hat?
Finally we have Stables and Lighthouse, now the question is, are these for the adventure map, Castle buildings or both?

Anyway, can't make much sense out of the table as it is, since there appear to be 2 headers.

Edit: I suspect they garbled the header somehow and that there are really just 6 items in the table:

Yeah I could'nt really fit the headers in my post, but it seems like you had a look at the file and have seen for yourself?
I just don't understand why Angel Wings are on there, but not Sea Captain's Hat and if Stables and Lighthouse are the Castle buildings, map obejcts or both?

There are unused entries in several text files, presumably things that were implemented at one time and removed eventually... so this is some of what you are seeing here.
Code says
Admiral's hat bonus = Necklace bonus + Sea Captain's Hat bonus
Sea Captain's Hat = Lighthouse bonus
All stables are the same, map or building.
All lighthouses are the same, map or building.
The Angel Wings bonus is read to memory 0x698B58, but not used anywhere. Can't be bothered to check RoE/demo to see different.
If you modified creatures to be slower than 3 speed, you should get lower base movement.

So that means the Lighthouse bonus is actually for Sea Captains Hat.
The Angel Wings bonus is unused.
Stables is for Castle and map.
What about an actual Lighthouse bonus then?, is that hex coded somewhere instead?

Ring of the Wayfarer is actually boots of speed, since the ring gives +1 speed in combat but the boots gives movement at the world map. it's wrong name in txt
