Leprechaun`s Bank Mod
Leprechaun's Bank serves as a replacement/extension of the WoG-option "Bank/Resource Trading Center"
Authors: Algor (script code) and Sandris (graphics). Translation: Drake.

Preferably to use with ERA 2.9.13.
(ERA III was just released as an alpha test version and is not recommended yet).
When used, it disables the functionality of the WoG-options "Bank", "Resource Trading Center" and "Ability to transfer ALL resources."
The first one - because it replaces/expands its functionality. The other two - because their functionality duplicates the native functions of the Bank.
This mod could be integrated into the WoG Scripts or ERA Scripts mods later as no one likes to use it separately.
The main differences from the original "Bank" WoG-option:
Loans
Resource loans are now completely independent from each other. Targeted loans were added to rebuild key city buildings with automatic construction upon receipt of a loan. A loan for emergency mobilization with double the maximum amount and doubled rate was added.
Terms of Service
For each loan, individual parameters are set: rate, max. amount and daily payment. Within max. amount, a player can take several loans, but the daily payment in this case may become higher. The parameters of loans are influenced by the level of difficulty chosen by the player, the in-game time and the player’s income sources available to him/her. If it is not possible to pay the daily payment of the loan, the Bank withholds a penalty for each unpaid unit of the resource. If it is impossible to pay the penalty, the Bank increases the rate for all new loans in the resource for which non-payment occurred. Any loan can be paid in full ahead of schedule; partial payment is not allowed. If the amount of early payment is not less than half the maximum available amount per resource, the Bank reduces the rate for this type of loan.
Interface
Information on all loans and current debts is displayed with one “main” window of the Bank. There are no daily notifications on writing off debts and closing loans. Alert info-dialogs on raising/lowering interest rates on loans have been added. Help on the functionality is implemented in the form of tips from a Leprechaun clerk.
How to activate and use the mod.
1. Put the Bank folder into your ...HoMM/Mods folder.
2. Activate it via Era II Mod Manager - ... HoMM/Tools/Era Start Menu/start.exe
3. In game click the Bank button in Town Screen.

Both English and Russian versions of the mod were updated to version 1.1 (check the first post to download).
A bug was fixed: When taking a targeted loan for the first-level Mage Guild, the building was not rebuilt.
For the English version, minor translation issues have been corrected.

An alternative version of the mod is appeared as a separate option integrated into [url=http://heroescommunity.com/viewthread.php3?TID=46377&pagenumber=1]ERA Scripts version 1.46f[/url], which could be activated or disabled by player.
Changes comparing to the single mod:
A bug fixed: when taking a Targeted loan for the 1st level Mage Guild construction, the building was not built.
The option disables only the WoG option "Bank".
WoG options "Resource Trading Center" and "Ability to transfer ALL resources" are now not disabled, and work (activate) only via right mouse button click on the Bank button.
