"While in a comfortable posture, close your eyes and breathe, concentrating on your belly button and lower abdomen to begin Belly Button Breathing. The basic process is simple. To maximize the effects of Belly Button Breathing, however, you must add your imagination to this exercise. Visualize that there is a breathing hole in your belly button, as if the nose on your face has moved to your navel. When you breathe in, push your belly out and visualize life energy entering and filling it through the “nose” of your navel. When you breathe out, concentrate your awareness in your navel as you contract your belly, pulling it toward your back. Imagine that the energy of life is being injected into your abdomen through your navel as you visualize your belly repeatedly inflating and deflating like a rubber balloon."

I read it in a book about living to 120.
I tried it for a few minutes while applying pressure on and off and it did feel nice but I'm not sure whether it is any better than just doing ab crunches lol. I think the point is to increase your core temp, get the lymph nodes in the gut area flowing, and stimulate the vagus nerve. I know doctors also sometimes use vagus nerve stimulation as part of an antidepressant regimen.
You can buy that device in the picture for 99 bucks. That part is definitely a load of guano.  Just use your fingers or some other object.
