ah, i think ure making good progress
i wish u only the best on the mod and im sure ull find a good way
few quick obvious notes u probably already noticed but Ill say it again anway:

1.that new unit with the flip animation should do it faster, it would look way more natural
2. that shield skill is still using celestial armor partical effect on cast

(also the vulnona like pokemon unit looks better, now that it is smaller than before)

You could use a sharpening filter (or more) on the town background.

Modification:

Demonology branch: Removed horned and efreet summons, replace with phase shift novice and expert level:
- Dephases a% of the target unit in relation to magic power and stack size.
1 time per battle at novice level / 2 times per battle at expert level.
Mana cost reduction

Removal of skill 1 reducing the cost of summoning: replace by Summoner: allows 1 time per fight to cast a fire spell and to benefit from a 2nd action with the hero during the same turn.

Demonology ranks no longer give spirit, but increases hero damage by 10 with each new rank. (Value to test)

Awakened Ravager Skill Creation: Enrage: Increases the creature's minimum damage until end of turn whenever it is attacked.

replacement of a building in the castle allowing sabotage (dungeon) by infernal portal: gives a permanent buff to the visiting hero: evil spirit: resuscitates 10% of the defeated creature stack once per fight.

I finally found a solution to the quality of rendering of the background, happy!

Hi

Mod looks interesting. I have few questions. Why don't you use just whole town screen from Heroes VI, just change the names of the buildings and what they do?
Your town screen is nice, but H VI's is better.

Same goes with creatures pictures. np Hell hounds crature picture is better in H VI.

Still its really cool that you mod this game. Units look good on battlefield.

For the townscreen, simply because I couldn't do better, it's not just a matter of inserting the image, and maybe I'm wrong, I had on my prefab the images of the dungeon buildings to place the inferno buildings ... it was very hard to manage, plus the camera to adjust, it will remain like that for the moment . For the icons, I did not have the heroes 6 game nor the given them, it is Mr. Lordgraa who has the great generosity to extract them and share them with me, moreover certain would not correspond to the creature. I know that it is not perfect and I'm sorry, I'm just trying to offer a bonus to those who want it, but I'm not an expert either 😊

Update 1.1:

– Improved construction screen: more readable and organized
-Correction of the problem of validation of the skills of the demonology branch
-Some evolved creatures and buildings, we are changing names.

Update 1.2:
Fixed an issue in the building construction that prevented the construction of refinery
Fixed a building issue that prevented sending a spy from the Thieves Guild.

Update 1.3:

-Added a new hero: Baal
-Added a new unit: Demonic Centaur (Neutral creature that replaces the Efreet creature from the original game)
-Adjusted the explosion spell on Pit Lord: now returns 10 damage per unit in the stack instead of 1 damage.
-Changed the name of some creature
-Added real castle name 🙂
-Added missing catapult on the hero Bellona
-Slight modification of the talent wheel of some hero
-The AI now takes the demonology branch into account, although I haven’t seen her use the phasing skill yet. She does use Ultimate Summon.

-Remember to replace the building folder if you want to have the new creature in the menagerie instead of the base Efreet , And replace the localization file and h7 config

Glad you took my advice. Dogs look great now .
I know that other moder (Kurek) was creating COnflux mod for H7. He took townscreen from Heroes Online game and modified it. Results were more than good. So for sure its possible. As far as I remember he told at Acidcave.net ( https://www.forum.acidcave.net/topic.php?TID=2989&page=10 ) that it took him only few days.
It's in Polish but maybe with google translate you will find some useful information. You might also try to contact creator of this mod. Maybe he will give you some advices.

Update 1.4: coming soon
– Added new skin and anime of hellhound and cerberus
-Added new skin and animation of pit fiend and pit lord
– Added a new neutral champion unit: Queen sylvania
– Balancing: reduction of magog and devil on hold, need to see if this is from a bug, currently in the files: gold cost 12000 for the base and 15000 for the evolution.
Increase in the number of Baal summoning hits: changed from 30 to 50
Fixed a bug: Baal’s abilities to summon and now limited to 1 time per fight
Conflict, Thieves Guild and Hellish Stable Correction: in some cases , if the infernal stable was built before the guild will not work.
Conflict with the foundry which made the outer skin of the castle disappear. Editing the translation and adding description creatures, but something is still missing, we’ll look into it.
Special thanks to Vexes for correcting English translations and adding description of the creatures
As well as Mr. Lordgraa for H6 resources and advice.


Update 1.5 :
–Change of city screen resolution.
-Added new skin and animation for demon and horned demon.

i think u're doing well, keep it up, uve got some perks when it comes to animating and effects, i usually dont add new models in my mod but u are doing well on it i think (-: just be careful not to "overdo" it, f.e ive noticed that u like to use the jump action on the new units, however it can look rather weird if the animations are not goodand done properly( i think there are like 3 animations needed for jump, jump in air, glide, and fall again), i hope u continue to work on this so this can/will become a good inferno mod but remember such things need time, so take ure time, best regards

Do I see Diablo here? Sorry I just cant get that devil out of my head

BTW is the Devil casting the real Armageddon spell or just the particles and it does something else? Also the spell is centered on the efreet, so it has a target or its just AoE wide spell?

yes yes i used a 3d printable statuette model of diablo 😅 i had fun rigging and texturing this monster mdr ... no it's just a visual, but the area is 9 x 3 so enough. big . I hope it will like it, I spent a lot of time on it 😊. For the jump animation, I have 3 phase on the basic attack, but I wanted to make a teleportation effect on the end of the critical hit, maybe this is missed ... thank you for taking the time to comment 😊.

Modification of the fate of devils and archidiable: Before: Damage equal to those of the unit on 3 squares in length
Now: Fixed damage at 30 not modifiable by attack or defense in a 6X3 area

-A.I ​​now uses phase shift as well as ultimate summon
(I had to add a 10 mana hit on novice phase shift to make this possible and I also changed the root name of the spell, it may be that the translation is no longer functional)

-Bug fix:

- One of the skills of the talent wheel of lucifer was locked: fixed
