How would you deal with a 'negativity' that you can't just leave?
And when I said negativity it could be a person and/or an event that just kills the good mood.
I'm serious but I know y'all just joke on me because I posted in VW.  But still I hope to find answers! I'd take on the 50/50 chance than 0% at all!

Oh I know what that feels like Galatea. I am in one myself right now. It sucks big time. Feeling like you are trapped with no where to go.
My advice is to try and look at it objectively. Try and isolate the source of negativity. And when you have found it, take the appropriate measures to try and correct it or cut it out of your life.
