And what if you have lactose intolerance? I don't mean allergy but supposedly many adults have problems with lactose in milk due our biology (while omnivores we need milk mostly in our toddler and adolscence years).
And yeah, cheese all the way. Aside from that a fresh cold glass from time to time, and as an addition to coffee or even tea (Bavarian style).

Finnish milk has vitamin D, calcium, etc is cheap milk 1l €0,79. Expensive milks have iodi, double D and calcium, and then vitamin B, etc is €1,99/1l in the hypermarket. If smaller shop you will pay more money. Ok I voted for skeleton.

I think, not 100% sure, but milk tea started in India. then anglican drug pushers made it "popular".
And sure it's popular in the mistakenly unified germanic speaking administrative unit. germanic cuisine is absolutely disgusting.

My most recent web searches are asking how to solidify calcium deposits near fractures and broken bones (basically)

You're right fred.
Milk is like the main answer to my problems.
Elasticity of various bone particles and stuff need to solidify, together. Correctly as I can make that happen. So I'm chugging almond milk and whey protein etc. But I don't know how to rush the solidity or is it calcification?
I'm not going to need surgery either way.

i had another glass. there is no drink tastier and more soul-satisfying in this whole world, than a cold glass of plain white milk. 2% or whole, either will do(i personally lean towards 2%, though). for chocolate, nothing beats ice-cold whole milk. it's almost like a milkshake in and of itself.
you ever see a tired kid drinking milk in a sippy cup, where they tilt their head back and close their eyes? you ever see a baby close it's eyes while drinking milk from a boob? that's me EVERY time i drink milk. it's just sooooooo goddamn good.
i'm going to write a love poem about milk. here goes.
