Where social welfere is generous exploit always follows. It's human nature, but seemingly some groups are more prone to this. But how can you change them if they don't want to change? It's in their mentality so why should you stick out your neck and recieve ungreatfulness in return? They will use you and exploit you, nothing more.

They can study, work, make business as they want! Buing books or other things to learn is simply in US(in Africa often is impossible). But they want gangs drugs and sex without marriage. Ofcourse 'whites are guilty' they are criminals...

This stuff is so old.
Black Americans socioeconomic status has been steadily improving over the past few decades. Black violent crime has also been steadily decreasing (as well as violent crime and crime in general). There's still a large demographic gap but it's narrowing. The only kind of serious crime that increased in 2019 was rapes, although that may be because of improving accountability and transparency on the subject. The MeToo movement is working to hold men more accountable for their grotesque behavior although clearly Governor Cuomo hasn't figured that out yet.
2021 so far has seen a spike in homicides but that doesn't mean it's a new trend. I don't know if any data coming out of 2020 is meaningful because of what has happened in the past year.

@Lith and Blob: As I wrote, I am not an economist. I also did point out that I don’t live in Denmark and that its model seems to work because it is smaller, so I did recognize that it wouldn’t be the perfect model for everywhere. I also pointed out that it was “mostly” side-stepping the issues, not fully avoiding them, because nowhere is perfect. Highest standard of living does not mean that no improvements could be made and all that.
I was mostly pointing to Denmark because of all the populations that are facing reduced labor force maximums and aging populations, which are the big, big crisis up and coming for cultures around the globe, they seem to be doing the best. They are cutting some of the programs back that have made that success possible, but then, a global pandemic that has damaged global trade and impacted local businesses the most has been hitting the world. Every country that cannot afford to print money has been forced to cut something, since everyone seems adverse to dipping into the wealth of our GLORIOUS CORPORATE OVERLORDS and the wealthy. Denmark is as stable as it is in part because it does not make the money machine go brrrrrrr, so cutting a bit off of the programs it provides is the solution that it gravitated towards.
It’s also working better there than it is here in the US, where these solutions have been given “a shot” in the most half-arsed way possible, before being half-way repealed, then demonized, then age restricted, then removed entirely and reapplied with the other half of the arse to see if sitting with that half made it feel better... Oh. And you have to increase the administrative costs by 900% more than necessary, and then functionally kill it so a private company can buy all the public works and price gouge shamelessly while contributing to campaign finances with zero oversight or accountability.
This model has been social programs in the US since at least Raegan... and I can confirm that it’s just going great. Greaaaaaat. We don’t have people unironically buying loads of “Eat the Rich” merch to display in their lawns and absolutely zero unrest that can be traced directly to this purposeful bungling at all.
Can’t speak for France, but their government seems rather divided and happy to drop poisoned pills into bills made by their political opponents to make it look like programs that are popular in their opposition camp are bad, actually. And would you pass me the wine and actual good tasting cheese, monsigure. (Sal, I’m certain I butchered that word. I’m sorry. But I’m also American, so I’m too rude and lazy to look the correct spelling up and correct myself.)

Also, yeah, this is true. And crime in general is seeing a sharp decline as more and more places relax on the war on drugs, which should in turn see a drop in prison detention and incarceration rates.

... We need to pull out the hooks and barbs put into job applications designed to keep former criminals from seeking legitimate employment before that will really change, though. At least, if we want to keep non-violent offenders currently imprisoned from being in and out of the prison system for the rest of their life.

If crime is a problem, does killing peoiple or more jails solve it?
USA already has more jailed people than any other country in the world, both absolute and relative to it's population.
Clearly that isn't an empirically effective approach to reduce criminality.

i've already addressed these grievances, dear hc member. i suggest you go back and read.
what i would do, is remove the people pushing the divisions in our country. doing so would remove the same kind of people trying to tear our nation apart. as soon as they oust themselves, remove them. snow-stirrers and up-enders of our Constitution, decency, and common sense. put them somewhere they can't harm anyone else, but each other.

jail and prison are 2 different things, first of all. you don't spend a long time in jail(and if you knew anything about statistics when it comes to repeat offenders, you'd know that jail, and even prison, isn't the answer. incarceration is a badge of honor for most low-level criminals; particularly so in gang culture). when i say remove, i mean permanently, from the nation. no slap on the wrist, no time out; removal.

And how do you go around "removing" people? Mass killing? Put them on ships and sink them? Sending your criminals to other nations doesn't seem like a policy option since nobody will want to take them.
Even if mass death sentencing was feasible that policy will never get supported by the population. There is also a high risk that innocents will be killed. Actually several inmates on death row for years were found to have been innocent of that crime later (some even after being executed).
