i remember the 90's. they were awesome. then 9/11, and everything was downhill after that. spiraling wickedly down, faster and faster, and now here we are.

the line between trolling and just straight up idiots is indistinguishable nowadays. it feels so weird to me that the kids who grew up having the Internet in their pockets are so susceptible to trolls, have so thin skins, and the things they're upset about in their privileged lives and countries are so minor and unbelievably irrelevant. it is always "us versus them" everywhere you look, and if you're not on the side people are advertised to be on, you're the worst person who ever lived.

Probably the best piece of trolling I ever did was commenting under some pics of a yank booger showing off his epicz AR-15 build and his gear with punisher patches and crap.
While the comment was a harmless "nice airsoft gear dude", the reaction to it was priceless. I think I legit made it cry.
