The problem is that 100% of USA doesn't really belong to it. That doesn't mean we should give it "back" to indigenous people since there is no logistical way to trace such a thing in the first place and it would just make life worse rather than better (reparations should be constructive and provide tangible solutions, not deconstructive), however there are thing we can do in order to more accurately reflect history. For example, 'The United States of America' is an intrinsically Euroecentric/racist name, since both the continent and the country is named after a European rather than the original explorers and settlers.
The continent should be renamed to "Turtle Island" which is a name used in multiple different languages in the folklore among First Nations groups (it is from the mythology where the entire continent sat on the back of a colossal turtle), and then the USA could be renamed to "The United States of Turtle Island" (USTI). Instead of the Stars & Stripes as the national symbol, we could use a picture of a turtle.

I believe a similar rendition could be used for the national flag:
And no, absolutely none of this is against white people or disrespectful of white people (or Hispanics, or any other group). It just makes logical sense for the continent to most prominately reflect the original explorers, settlers, and builders of the continent. There was, afterall, a flourishing culture here prior to the invasions and plagues of the 16th century. We could continue having a democratic federal system with state and local governments, although a better Constitution would be nice to improve the flaws of the current one. And of course, we would still retain and preserve the history of other groups who later settled here.
