Trainer doesn't work (i don't know why - loaded trainer -> then F12 - save - reload - but nothing happens with F2) - so i will start again, when your new version is finished - after all - really fantastic map !!

Make sure trainer.erm line is present in Top/data/s/load these scripts.txt

Works on : ERA III
Added a lot of script and balance optimization (first was done 12 years ago!), many new things, quests, battles etc.

i get like two era errors with code lines when i start it up and then it all crashes with "critical error occurred."

yup, era3.
errors are about "34 wog - emerald tower.erm" - so i also tried with disabling "emerald tower" under wog options, but to no avail.

Put your options on default, then just wogify map when asked. I don't know why your game reads that script from wog scripts mod, it should not (disable it), do you use some custom Era package?
Make sure Mods/Time of Prophecy/Data/s has inside "read only these scripts" txt file inside. It looks like you messed the install.

hmm yes, that txt file is inside the folder as is the "emerald tower" erm file that causes this.
in fact, i couldn't start any other scenario cos all gave these same errors.
so i disabled the scenario mod and now other stuff works.
idk what is wrong, all i did was install it through mod manager.

No, what you must disable is Wog Scripts mod. The error is there.

sorry to say but just tested and with wog scripts disabled in mods, it's still the same errors. what to do next?

Please show a screen of your enabled mods in mod manager. Your Era install is not clean. The script in your pic is not in my map.

As expected the majority of mods there are not compatible with any Era map. Only Interface mods will not interfere with its specific mechanics

will take awhile since i'll take it up cos got hit with some unexpected hardware issues meanwhile.
but i guess i'll need to set up another install of latest era 3 with all these mods listed.
