i don't see the problem. it looks like they're targetting habitual offenders who already have a criminal record. if it were up to me, they'd just be exterminated for being a habitual criminal. they're lucky they're only being WATCHED. just like everyone else, really. we're all under surveillance. that cat was let out of the bag during obama's reign. possibly before then.

Well it would be pretty cool if they simply send those letters to them just in order to scare them hehe, so they would be discouraged from doing more crime. "We're watching you" xD

However, deputies regularly knocking on your door is harassment.

Bad school attendance and grades can also get you on the naughty list, which is absurd. And god knows that not a single rich kid would be on that list no matter how bad the grades.

AmericaFlorida the great indeed.

So... Fredmuffin wants to thin out the 13% of the US population?

Come on now, genocide is for savages like germans.

Why not instead grant their wish and send them back to africa, where they can build Wakanda and live like kangz?

@ lith:

no, not regardless of the crime. different measures for different types of habitual offenders. violent criminals? death. burglars? cut off their hands. rapists? raped themselves, then death. guilty of perjury/lying? remove their tongues. embezzlers and scammers? up to their victims how they want to deal with it. i would say, public, televised execution, to make an example of them.

mind you, this would only be for convicted habitual offenders. this way, anyone who might have been falsely accused, gets a pass.

now, if the person in question was a figure of authority(cop/judge/executive/politician/etc), and it was found without a doubt they committed the above crimes(not in a kangaroo court, but a court with people who actually have integrity and intelligence), then it could easily be a one-and-done.

but all of this is balderdash and poppycock regardless. the law is bullsnow, and the people who push it even more so. laws are only meant to keep the cattle from stampeding, after all(the system and all of it's designs are a trap for the lower classes). it's not meant for those who push laws, and those who are beyond them by power, wealth, or affiliation with either. the system is corrupted from the ground up; because of the nature of many/most human beings, and the nature of the society forced down the lower classes' throats.

in order for there to be justice, there first has to be a general honesty and integrity, and enough intellect for people to be able to think on their own; regardless of external stimuli. and until the masses can face facts and/or retain common sense, you're not going to be judged fairly by people with those qualities. the reason why societies across the world are the way they are, are because most people aren't fit for replication; and the ideas of the people who generally seek out positions of authority to actually change anything AREN'T the kind of people you want assuming power.

meh, i bore myself typing this stuff up. i affect nothing, i change nothing, i am nothing. just yapping on the internet to whoever wants to read.

I didnt know you were a fan of the Sharia Law, freddy. There’s one little problem with Allah’s flawless order of things though, when you cut someone’s hand, you’re not only preventing them from stealing, you’re also preventing them from working. Not exactly the perfect method to rehabilitate, I guess, rather a way of inflating the budget of the welfare state taking care of the disabled.

the idea's a deterrent for others more than it is a solution for that one person. besides, they can learn to do things with their feet, like other disabled people with a can-do outlook. or, they can strap on a hook. try being a glass half-full-guy, codfish.

also, welfare should only be for people who need it; and not the crutch it is now that is literally designed to make the populace lazy and complacent. not to mention, the designs in place within it to promote overpopulation and further dependence on the state, and abuse.

you're preaching to the wrong guy, artie. you forget, i understand things far better than you and the clown.

They can learn to burgle with their feet, just give 'em enough time.

But, in all seriousness, I have to agree with artu, that's a hell of a suggestion that will never *deter* people because crime is a result of poverty, and will always exist where people are pushed to the edge. How many people are career criminals and actually enjoy what they're doing ? Not too many sadists around.

In fact, we do, and the link was identified as early as over 2000 years ago, by Aristotle, who wrote "Poverty is the mother of crime and revolution". Roman emperor Marcus Aurelius yet again was quoted as saying "Poverty is the mother of crime", and the statistics do show a huge link: https://www.civitas.org.uk/content/files/povertyandcrime.pdf
Also, according to Trust for London, "Overall, 80% more crimes were recorded in the most income-deprived areas; Violence, robbery and sexual offences are 2.3 times more prevalent in the most income-deprived 10% of areas compared to the least income-deprived 10%; and. Drugs and weapons offences are 2.6 times more prevalent in the most income-deprived 10% of areas compared to the least income-deprived 10%."

This isn't even including how rich people get away with borderline crime, whether it was implicit e.g. 2008 Financial Crisis, or explciit e.g. the Deepwater Horizon Oil Spill in the gulf of Mexico in 2010, which killed tens, injured thousands, and led to the deaths of tens of thousands of marine life.

Come on Fred, you're better than this.

i know i'm better, thanks. you're missing a major factor in crime; but you wouldn't want to address that. you're also missing details as to what types of crime are prevalent where. if you want to point to inequality, i will want to slap you until your gears start turning again. maybe you've never been outside your home, who knows. maybe you have, and you were poisoned by those very people you think are victims of something because the msm told you so; while they simultaneously report on crimes that those same "victims" commit.

come on hushy, you're better than this.

you're forgetting about culture, too.

Fred doesnt hate black people. That’s the problem, you dont need people to hate some other x people for some kind of “get real” attitude. That “get real” reproduces itself.

oh, here we go. the "racist!" accusations. pathetic. i'm a realist, and i'm a firm believer in honesty being the best policy. i in fact, absolutely despise lies, which is why i have such a problem with the left and their unending acute dishonesty. virtue-signalling liars unwilling to face facts; you have no idea just how much i hate your childish, nonsensical ideology. i understand the left've been propagandized by the globalists, but that doesn't excuse your continued diversion from reality despite the availability of hard facts and blinding reality all around you. i put blame where the blame lies; nothing more, nothing less. you guys use excuses like shields from the truth. and for that pitiful childish weakness, i hate you. i don't hate anyone for their race; i hate people for what they themselves have EARNED.
