Julian Assange to go to the US.
Yep. Check the news. Julian Assange is finally going to be extradited to the US. The American government provided assurances that he would be treated fairly and the UK judge decided to pretend the US never had any human rights violations in the past, that their word can be trusted.

joking aside, the risk of getting a suicide order placed on you is extremely high when you expose stuff like Assange did. I'm surprised he survived as long as he has.

Don't think so.
Will be "interviewed" 24/7 for the next year or so. Then there'll be some show trial in which he'll get the death penalty for high treason - converted into a life sentence after amnesty is lighting a couple of candles.
Then he'll get gang-raped for a couple months in some hell-hole of a penitentiary, every rape counting down a month of sentence time for the rapers and then he will commit suicide with a blunt shiv, just to escape.
