Congratulations Kongsuni!
I am playing a bit around; I don't understand Korean so I will wait the enlish version to try all options but the mod looks great already.
I noticed that the hero apparance on the world map doesn't change to the selected faction however in the battle screen it changes.
Is it possible to use the normal appearance for the original towns?

Awesome game! I am able to play even in Korean because everything is in the same place.
I never thought there would be many new factions to play as, after only getting one new faction Conflux in a previous official release, then another new one Cove in the last major update.
Preserve is fun to play as with many upgraded halflings. It reminds me of amassing tons of master gremlins back in the day...

You can play with almost all those fractions in english through VCMI.

sorry but vcmi is trash, better to play them in ERA which actually works

Tried that but no matter what I did, I couldn't get it to start properly. I found HOMM3 LOTS very easy to install.

Do-oh, VCMI version 1.1. is now stable as ERA for everyone who understand 'install at clean h3 copy' command.

I feel like I'm at the Council of Elrond in Rivendell.
Boromir: "One does not simply walk into Mordor. Its black gates are guarded by more than just Orcs. There is evil there that does not sleep. And the great Eye is ever watchful. It is a barren wasteland. Riddled with fire and ash and dust. The very air you breathe is a poisonous fume. Not with ten thousand men could you do this. It is folly!"
Legolas: [stands indignantly] "Have you heard nothing Lord Elrond has said? The Ring must be destroyed!"
Gimli: [leaps to his feet] "And I suppose you think you're the one to do it?!"
Boromir: [rises] "And if we fail, what then?! What happens when Sauron takes back what is his?!"
Gimli: "I will be dead before I see the Ring in the hands of an Elf!"
[Commotion starts as arguments erupt amongst the council members.]
Gimli: "Never trust an Elf!"
[Frodo remains seated, watching the Ring, with the figures of the council reflected on its surface.]
Gandalf: "Do you not understand that while we bicker amongst ourselves, Sauron's power grows?! None can escape it! You'll all be destroyed!"
[Suddenly, flames flare up, engulfing the surface of the Ring.]
Ring: "Ash Nazg Durbatulūk! Ash Nazg Gimbatul! Ash Nazg Gimbatul! Ash Nazg Gimbatul!"
[The intensity of the arguments increase. Slowly, determination dawns on a face. He stands and takes a few steps toward the arguing council, trying to make his voice heard.]

By the way, Frodo's / Elijah Wood's exact face was used for a Preserve hero in the game... that is, unless my eyes are cheated by some spell!

maaaaaybe base h3 version is but a version with all these mods active will crash 100% of the games

With all this time passing since the korean version released and not a word from the devs, I just want to ask if anyone knows if the devs ever intended for there to be an english version or if that was just blowing smoke?
I am beginning to suspect that the devs just want to keep the mod to themselves.

Of course, they are not connected by Khala to share their thoughts, but I am the only one who has to bear them. for free, taking the blame. Though I'm doing this because I know that besides these two types of people, there are people who silently support and wait.

Thanks Kongsuni, really appreciate all your hard work. People need to be patient. I've been having a lot of fun with the game as is.
I too have worked for free and continue to do so for the betterment of tens or hundreds of thousands of others, although I keep it private and don't really discuss it. In this case though, I made an exception. Often it's a thankless job, but what helps keep me going is every so often someone shows proper and sincere appreciation. That's what I'm trying to do here.
Best of luck to you in your personal and professional endeavors. Good deeds like this have a way of coming back to you. I am sure you will be very successful, my friend.

Tip for LOTS
Most of you probably know that if you select the next hero before hiring one in the tavern, that one will be selectable after.
In LOTS, you can get 1 free firebird per week by making this next hero a firebird specialist. Just look for the small firebird where the specialty is.
