Alleged facts of interest.
I wish to stimulate my brain. Use it or lose it they say.
Please share an interesting fact better than these.
1: A human cannot outrun a hippo. Hippos run at like 30mph. I wonder what hippos would do if I climbed a tree, and are they hungry hungry, or just regular hungry?
2: Easter island has nearly 1000 of those statue guys, and personal opinion here but the engravings on their backs are errotic in a spiritual way.
3: Mortal Kombat is 30 years old and there is a mortal kombat RPG (I do not remember the details beyond the player navigating a map, and some level system, probably a poor one)
4: [challenge]] The Piri Reis displays Antarctica regions of land and not the layers of glaciers above it,
The Piri Reis Map shows Antarctica ground layer, as an ice and snow freed shoreline. With accuracy we can only detect with modern technologies.
As an uniced continent. The map is from early 1500s, It’s even said Antarctica wasn’t discovered until 1818

Some very interesting facts that will distort your sense of time:
Thomas Jefferson was still alive when Harriet Tubman was born, Harriet Tubman was still alive when Ronald Reagan was born, Ronald Reagan was still alive during 9/11.
John Tyler, the 10th POTUS from 1841-1845, has a still-living grandson.
Anne Frank and Martin Luther King Jr. were born in the same year. Both would be almost a decade younger than Betty White.
France was still executing people by guillotine when Star Wars first hit theatres.
The time gap between when Stegosaurus went extinct and T. Rex evolved is longer than the time gap between the extinction of the dinosaurs to today, and the time gap between the first dinosaurs and the evolution of Stegosaurus is longer still. Just for some reference on how long the age of dinosaurs really lasted.

South Korea's fusion reactor set a new world record maintaining temperatures of over 100 million degrees, hotter than the core of the Sun, for 20 seconds.
I wonder what chemists could accomplish with 100 million degrees Celsius
