don't worry, they don't plan on negotiating anything(at least, not in the way nations normally would when faced with catastrophic consequences during an actual conflict. they'd be negotiating something else entirely from what they claim). at best, if they can't push the people they want off the proverbial cliff, they'll just back off and distract you and everyone else who has no understanding of what's actually happening, with some other bs. as per usual.

It's not "strange", it's completely absurd. Responsible for killed people are always THE KILLERS. Not those who don't give in to demands or refuse to surrender. If you are attacked and gthe attacker demands that you hand over anything you have, threatening to kill your family, it's not YOU who is responsible for their death when you refuse. It's still the killers.
If Zelensky orderd the hit on Dugin or her father, he's guilty of that death. Period. Is it a terror attack? No. It's a (failed) assassination attempt.
And just for the record - what would they negotiate? For what?

Funny how you all ignore reality and slip on a dangerous and warmongering attitude, as long as others die. Ukraine survives only due to foreign aid, 41 countries sending all they have. If that stops, they collapse in one week, as their capacity to produce munitions was annihilated long time ago.
Therefore Zelensky is NOT in a position where he can decide whatever he wants, his priority should be proposing deals and be open to incoming deals. Because he is dependent on others effort. Instead, he acts like his support through occidentals is at 150% (while it is less than 50% as people start to wake up), or like he is entitled to everything. He refuses to negotiate, he publicly declares that they will kill every Russian until the last, he engages in terrorist actions, so what next? Ask for nuclear strikes on Russia? Wait, he already did it.
Russia attacked Ukraine. Yes, is unfortunate, dramatic and they should be condemned and sanctioned. However, if any of you believe one second Ukraine will win this war, take your pills then. They will lose everything in the process, everyone knows the massive foreign aid from USA is a loan, right? That will cripple them for centuries, look at Iraq's situation today.

That is a load of nonsense.
Zelensky is simply defending his country. He doesn't accept the "new reality" of Russian controlled Ukrainian territory - as doesn't the West, mind you. So there is still a war raging on Ukrainian territory, and understandably, Ukraine wants their territorial integitry.
Now think about what THE WEST reasonably wants. FOR SURE the West doesn't want to suddenly accept that part of Ukrainian territory is now Russian controlled. If they did that, they wouldn't have had to start delivering weapons at all. With all the sanctions and commitments and so on, the West cannot give in to Russia now and tell Zelensky to accept some kind of "peace". A major reason is that you cannot trust this Russia in any way to keep to any treaty.
In other words - the West made up their minds and there's no backing-off now. They would lose too much.
So it's on Russia to offer acceptable terms for anything. THEY attacked, they are STILL the aggressor. THEY must make "concessions".
Demanding the Ukraine to give in would be extremely short-sighted.

As JJ stated out ceasefire ended at March 31st 2021. OSCE mission decided to remain and still continue to monitor - which in my opinion was a mistake.
Because, they haven't guaranteed their presence in Donbas by Russia, so their monitoring was limited.
And secondly, you now see, that Russia is using the map without any texts. If anyone would like to check the accompanying texts, it would note that ceasefire was detected - but usually not by whom.
So, on what you are looking is some mess of attacks and counterattacks, without way to logically connect them. By itself useless, to determine the causator.
And the title is misleading too. In more ways. The war was started by Russia (by Mr. Strelkov) in Donbas and then continued to Crimea at 2014 (with use of Putin's infamous green men). So both is wrong, who and when.
