Oh yeah I've seen his mod. He was the first to implement new creatures into the game! He also made quite astonishing artwork with the pretty terrifying rust dragon and the diamond golem!

It is called new creatures, projectiles and spells, by H4zer0.
There are also new submods based on that mod like the portal plugin or enhancement mod. All are on this forum here.
