It says that Germany allows 15% THC to over 21 aged, and 10% THC to 18-21 aged users..
Think about Coffeeshop in Holland, in there 15% THC, but Coffeeshops sell in about 18% THC in secrecy..
Do you know in Thailand you get 25% THC.. When cannabis sativa, etc can be maximum 30% THC, it means 2x stronger than German THC.. So THC is the same matter than ethanol.. Yup crazy 30%, but in theory THC can be maximum 34%, if you care well, and 34% THC plant needs protein and mineral, what is the difficult cultivation..
If you want to know how is strong?! If you've smoked SKUNK has 9% THC.. Skunk has different additional names are Super Skunk, Blue Skunk, etc and photo shows Skunk to you, Skunk is known to all smokers

Since it seams to be a general confusion about mushrooms and other hallucinogens, I'd like to recommend you the documentary "How to change your mind" on Netflix.
I have a promise I'll be testing these stuff as therapy still in 2023, as soon as my psychologist finishes her formation.

Just reading a book by Mai Thi-Nguyen with the title "Kleinste Gemeinsame Wirklichkeit" (Lowest Common Reality) which is basically agreeing with me (on the available data), that the biggest "problem" with the effect of drugs - IMPORTANT - is their effect on the WHOLE of society (not for a single individual that suffers from drug abuse, because that's free will, like, obesity due to eating too much). For example, meth is crap, but what is REALLY crap is the fact that with meth production dangerous chemicals are a wate product that are simply being disposed of. Best policy is to inform as well as possible and don't criminalize anything drug-related.
