This weekend, I prepared some delicious hamburgers using a simple but tasty recipe. First, I toasted the brioche buns and made a homemade mayo-mustard sauce for that extra tang. Then I layered fresh lettuce, tomatoes, and pickles, ready for the patties. I grilled the patties for about 4 minutes on each side, seasoning them with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and a touch of paprika.
It is very important to use high-quality meat. For mine, I used Kirkland's grass fed beef patties, which I found out from an article about Costco frozen hamburgers. Also, there is described their cooking process.
