I can't say.. Many HC'ers are from Black Sea..
Today morning at 3 I went to bed.. And I woke up at 8.. My training
I go to cottage.. In there night life 
Then my thoughts are poor now.. I'm waiting night is coming now..
I'm using sleeping pill, now I don't take any.. S. pill doesn't work with alcohol..
..is a true.. I drank many coffees
