i stopped listen metallica after load album.... mustaine was right they are all moneyadoring dogs... poor cliff burton .. his bones hurts ...
lol ricky martin and metallica... it seems they will sing with spice girls too

I've actually stopped listen to Metallica after their Black Album - personal opinion - but it was not my taste. Even if some other band has released I'll still not like it.
But have to say 83, 84, 86 (85 concert), 88 and 87 (garage days) are my favourites! - well all of them before the black one...

all the bands that are selling out and/or ending their careers:
Metallica
Pantera
Slayer- starting to suck and selling out.
Megadeth
Anthrax
Cradle of Filth- selling out.
Black Sabbath- over.
Led Zeppelin- Robert Plants last tour playing Zeppelin tune.
Iced Earth- once Demons & Wizards come out again, Iced Earth wont have much left.
Pink Floyd- Roger Waters is the only one left writing music.
Kittie and SlipKnot- not that i like them, but theyre not going to survive the next year or two.
Judas Priest- selling out big time without Halford. And theyre new style is nu-metal.
Guns N' Roses- same thing like Judas Priest.
the Who- one of their last tours this summer.
the Beatles- after Harrisons death just a few months ago, no solo albums are going out anymore by any member.
Who'd i forget?

Well is Unforgiven old Metallica? cos its my fav song by them, they do have alot of good music.
What about 40 below summer?
or down, Soil, they all kick ass too..
for a different perspective, theres Disturbed, System of a Down, Flaw, And i still love slipknot, its great chillin music

MANOWAR
Last week I was at The Palace L.A. concert of Manowar with Immortal and two other bands....
what a bad performance from Manowar (well actually the sound was not good)... But Immortal - they were just the best on the show! Good to see bands like that...
The first two band... Well they lacked style - can't remmember their names - if anyone's knows who Manowar is touring with?
Well, the thing is that DiMayo was speaking again of DEATH TO FALSE METAL! - which amazes me

Testament have NOT sold out, Skolnick f*cked them hamsi, when he left they went back to being a bay area band. Just listen to Low or Demonic, they are awesome albums, back in the vein of the Legacy etc. Slayer have also not sold out. They arent as good as they once were, but God Hates Us All is great, full of aggression and speed.
Problem is we can forget about these older bands now, listen to some great new stuff, Hatebreed, System, Drowning Pool etc..., there is so much great stuff out there (as long as its not nu metal, or if it is, the heavier side) give it a chance!
And Metallica? I laugh at them, AJFA was a great album, the it was hello commercialism. Very sad.

skolnick left the group because testament wanted to change their musical and melodic sound to something loud... return to serenity, ballad , musical death and many testament hit songs are no more produced... i prefere listen 'still' sepultura old albums rather then testament new music.

you know who i hate because he's selling out?
OZZY OSBOURNE.
you'd think.. after 30 years of be loyal to his fans, that he would stay that way, but ever since OZZFEST 2001, hes been a f'n jerk.
When the OZZFEST tour started, great bands like BLACK SABBATH, MEGADETH, DANZIG, PANTERA, SLAYER, and BLACK LABEL SOCIETY have played on main stage. hell even MARILYN MANSON and CRADLE OF FILTH and TOOL are on the bills.
but this year and last year, DROWNING POOL, ADEMA, LINKIN PARK, PAPA ROACH, P.O.D., CRAZY TOWN, and and MTV pop bands are playing.
I can see OZZY officially being confirmed a sellout in the next 5 years.
Also, a great band who made all the statements they needed to, are selling out. And that band is THE MISFITS.
Why God? Why? are all these bands/artists going straight to their graves?
