Just an old joke i once posted. Lets see if theres any england supporters around now, other than Hudson
Ronaldo goes into the Brazilian changing room to find all his team mates looking a
bit down. "What's up?" he asks. "Well, we're having trouble getting motivated for this game. We know it's important but it's only England. They're $hite and we can't be bothered." Explains the team. Ronaldo looks at them and says "Well, I reckon I can beat these guys by myself, you lads go down the pub.” So Ronaldo goes out to play England by himself and the rest of the Brazilian team go off for a few drinks. After a few pints they wonder how the game is going, so they get the bar tender to put the TV on. A big cheer goes up as the screen reads "Brazil 1 - England 0 (Ronaldo10 minutes)" He is beating England all by himself! Anyway, a few more pints later and the game is forgotten until someone remembers. "It must be full time now, let's see how he went" They put the TV on... "Result: Brazil 1(Ronaldo 10 minutes) - England 1 (D.Beckham 89 minutes). They can't believe it; he has single handedly got a draw against England! They rush back to the Stadium to congratulate him. They find him in the dressing room, still in his gear, sitting with his head in his hands. He refuses to look at them. "I've let you down, I've let you down" Ronaldo moans. "Don't be daft; you got a draw against England, all by yourself. And they only scored at the very end!" said Rivaldo in an attempt to cheer Ronaldo up. "No, No, I have, I've let you down… I got sent off after 12 minutes."

it starts today!!
and unfortunately i won´t be able to watch the first match...anyway, i hope that germany will win, so as to give the hosts a little to cheer about, because it has absolutely no chance to win the WC. Probably it will get kicked out in the following round.
I´m really nervous because on saturday Argentina plays against Ivory coast, and it seems that it´s going to be a very tough match, and i´m not sure we´re going to win...we´ll have to wait and see. On the other hand, our longtime enemies, the dutch, don´t seem to be playing too well, so there is a good chance that we will pass the first round.

Yes i watched it. Very disappointing. The only team left to defend Scandinavia's honor cannot even beat Trinidad & Tobago. They were unlucky but they didn't even play very well.
