Actually, I can help ya..... If I can ignore his obvious intellectual shortcomings and keep my opinion to myself then the rest of you youngsters should be able to follow suit, regardless of the fact that we all know he's full of himself

The people here doesnt need me to inform them that football is real football and your american version of it is just a...toss.
The people here are clever enough to realise that.
Then you can talk about the "lesser" things all you want, facts are though that real football is the biggest sport when it comes too number of players.
See, this is no insinuations or such..these are facts. And the people here can see these facts, so they dont need me to tell that to em. just as they give a toss about your blablabla
facts are facts.

LOL Gorman, sarcasm gets kinda lost on you huh? I am well aware of what figure skating actually takes - i took figure skating for years here (not too uncommon with canadian girls hehe) my statement was that a NFL'l is about as brainy as a figure skater is masculine (for the most part)
As for the whole football debate, while it's a bit hard for me coming from Canada not to think of it as soccer - I have no problem with respecting the european's desire to keep the game called football. The sport has been around a long long time, and the people who love it are very passionate about it - I can respect that.
Thanks for mopping up Acu - the Leafs need one more game to knock out the Sens *crosses fingers* so this place had better be nice and clean for when they do

You mean to tell me when you see a beautiful woman figure skating you're actually paying attention to her muscle tone?

its the skates isn't it lich? cuz i know when i'm watching figure skating the way the light glints off their skates is most hypnotizing...
in fact, after my 8th year of figure skating lessons, my trainer just said ok Tara, give up now - if u can't stop looking at your feet you'll never succeed 
shiny shiny skate blades...

well Acu, in my yearly playoff pool I have taken some sharks along with my Leafs - so anytime you wanna watch some San Jose games with me its a date! You buy the tossbeers and i'll get the tossquila
have you ever seen their home games with the shark fins running across the ice? its very cool!
they'll never be as great as the leafs tho... but still a nice team

and i wouldnt mind seeing toronto or colorado winning this year, Sundin deserves one stanley cup before he retires and it would be nice seeing Forsberg lifting the cup once again before he returns to sweden (his father is new coach now in his hometown team MoDO).
Now enuff with the hockey tossing, tomorrow Newcastle plays Aston Villa away... important game for the 4th league spot

You see Drikx or whatever, Stiven dont have a crush on ya.
You see whenever Stiven thinks someones cute, he considers that person a spammer.
On the other hand he hides the feeling of drinking hard with his tosser buddies which he remains nameless on tossing a tennis ball across the bar table .
