Korea v portugal was easily the most exciting match yet, i wanted korea to do well but seeing portugal fighting on with 2 players down was unbelievable. They deserved to get a draw but oh well.
Poland kicked USA ass, two goals in 5 mins makes me wonder why they did not seem to put any effort into there other matches.

OK, Here is the Knock-Out Phase. Do not miss any of them even a little second. To Watch OR Not to Watch, you must take the risk. Watching your favorite team matches is a gamble. Most importanly is, you must be ready with your mental. If your favorite team win the match, then you can celebrate it. But if your favorite team lose the match, be prepared to face the truth. So if you feel your mental is not strong enough, try to not watch it.

Oh... one more thing :

I AM SICK of Korean supporters.
"CHEER" when their local players have the ball.
And "BOO"ing when the opponent have the ball.
Continuously..... what a shame...

Imagine if you are one of their opponent-player, and play against them in a situation like that.

we're hoping Brazil might have a bad day to!

Anyway there's no pressure on us now!!  none what so ever!!
If we lose, we can leave heads high, knowing this still IS brazil...

if we win, how unlikely it might be, we go into the history books...

ive watched all koreas matches and have heard that only once, which i think was valid (that was in the last game v portugal, when portugal were clearly timewasting for about 5 minutes intil half-time)

Actually the only time ive heard booing and chearing like what you say was the england v argentina match, where england fans "boo"ed everytime argentina had the ball.

I completely and utterly disagree im very proud of the great support being shown

england just never took advantage of the extra man they had.
They never seemed to even get a shot at goal nevermind a good one. Brazil did not play to well either making it a pretty dull game.

On another note that crazy ref loves giving out reds after seeing the tame in the extreme sending off, i think that will be the last game he take part in during the world cup (and probably future ones to come)

well i wanted england out so im happy

YEEAAAHH!!!!! So England ??! Go do your defensive tactics. A warrior who have shield only and doesnt have a sword.

Owen goal simply because of a mistake made by Lucio. And Ronaldinho is a God. That's probably the longest goal in this WorldCup2002. And that red-card for Ronaldinho is unacceptable. It should be yellow first!! I am completely disagree. The referee is too much into England. But still Brazil is unstopable.

To DonGio :
The Traitor is the only one Korean player in Italian League, Perugia.

To Athimus & Arachnid :
Yeah. Now i am happy too!

So all the players shouldn't score against that country in which league they are playing?

So Carlos and Rivaldo cannot score against Spain, Ronaldo against Italy, Ronaldinho against France...and so on.
Does this mean that own goals aren't allowed either?

What a crap about someone being "traitor".
Ahn made a beautiful goal and Perugia should have been all happy they have such talent.
Shows how ignorant Italians really are.
Pathetic...

I am really disappointed with the ones of you who cannot separate the ill-doers from the innocent.

I'm glad to see Corea make it so far in the WC, and if they had won their games without ridiculous amounts of help from refs two games in a row, I would be really impressed. But my point is the refs are to blame, what, wouldn't you take a chance like that if offered to you? Hardly.

So quit blaming Ahn or anyone but the refs (plus those who bought them, but we can't know for sure who that is).

I must say I had a good laugh when I heard Ahn was released from Perugia the same day he sent Italy out of the WC, but it's really something of a scandal. He's completely innocent, and should not be some sort of scapegoat for the Italian anger and frustration.

And damn darn those turks who made it to the semi's on behalf of Senegal. Damn!

well south Korea doesn't belong in the semi-finnals. They didn't even belong in the quaterfinals. Toti was not simulating but he was actualy fouled or triped up.
And well another thing is that the dmned referee called back 2 goals that Spain scored which were normal. On the first on there was no foul and on the second one i don't think there was an off-sides. Personaly i think that spain should put up some type of prottest.

And one more thing SirDunco :

Someone kick Maldini's head in the back.

Even in the most bloody violent sport tournament, UFC or Pride FC. There is a rule that prohobit hitting the back of head. It can cause serious damage to the player body and mind.
