How did that Shakespeare quote go? " It's better to have loved and loved, than never to have loved at all"...He's soo right. Love itself isn't stupid...What is stupid is the way some people react to it, or use it...

honour versus love ..... i prefered honour on my 26 years old experience and i won.... i won because i choiced my philo rather than surrender to a woman... my honour is my life (sturm brightblade philo) and i advice everyone to follow this philo... i dont care about ego .. i dont care about my life and destiny... follow your spirit and your HONOUR you will win.

Hmm... Isn't honour just self respect and a bunch of noble principles? So I mean, how can you be not caring about your ego if you consider honour most important?

I'm sure this was just a typo on your part, but to clear up any confusion for those who haven't heard the quote, it actually goes "better to have loved and lost..."
But to give another perspective, this one from Spenser who at the time of writing had 'loved and lost':

love sux....
my friend once told me something she read from the net, a article about the human body...
the article says that love is a reaction caused by the release of some particular cells in yourbody, and the release of this cell makes your brain feel "strange"(i can't think of another better word...) about that particular person...thus you seem to be attached to that person...this feeling will usually end around five years...
so love who u wanna love...know that it will only last for five years....

Love problem
I always had some strange and stupid love problems my last one beats everything.
There is a girls, she's cute, I like her very much, I spent a lot of time (last week I spent almost 8 hours a day with her).
Problem (please don't smile), she's lesbian.

my english sucks you misunderstood me i wanted to say the reverse, i wanted to say that all love starts with self ego and selfish... in this game there are 2 players and everyone want to protect their interest in the name of honour and this is dishonour... the true honour is to left all behind and never surrender your true philo versus a female. the same for womans too ...
btw, noble principles are good things... nobility is aristocracy on our time maybe but in krynn we call nobility self sacrifice

Love is the greatest thing and worst pain. It's kinda like baseball. Sometimes you hit a base hit sometimes you strike out but one day you'll get that perfect pitch and hit a homer.
