Swearing just shows a lack of imagination, or command of the language. There is an inverse relation ship between IQ and amount of foul words used.

And I hate to burst anyone’s bubble but this is, and will be merely a forum (one of many) somewhere on the internet.
I for one don’t think we need to right a whole constitution for this board.

Isn't this why we have mods?
The mods are the people that decide what is "gibberish" "spam" or "flaming" and they act accordingly... since there is no true definition of these things as Sir Stiven pointed out.
Granted, you may not agree with every decision a Mod makes about what deserves a -QP... but Valeriy chose people he thought would make good decisions on these type of things and made them mods. You just hafto trust their judgement (and his judgement on who to make a mod).
I think Valeriy has perhaps become too willy-nilly about what people to make mods, and there probably shouldn't be SO MANY mods... although it does seem that some of this was somewhat necessary since some of the mods have mysteriously left over the last several months... (including my favorite mod ever, UnkaHaakon *sniff, sniff*)
<sarcasm>However, I feel there should still be more mods... 4 for each forum just isnt enough. </sarcasm>
And like Cat said, unless you want to make a constitution on what is "spam", etc., I suggest we just trust the Mod's judgement.

@Cat: Well i wish i could help out more but believe or not i dunno every loophole in that FAQ
Altho i have pointed out one thing in my opinion and thats the lack of action taken against that threadomania guy. And for what i understood of Djives post (the little i understood of it) was that my comment was for future use? well that wasnt the case, we have a frequent thread starter here in case you missed that...
