Wow this is a sign that something is really really wrong to me.
We must start a new thread to be able to have "off topic" discussions? That plain and simply sucks.
Once a thread is posted on this board its not yours anymore, it belongs to the community and therefor its up to the community to decide in which direction the thread is going. Off course they are extreme cases aswell that could work as exceptions as for example truth&pics threads but then there are stated there that all off topic posts will be deleted.
Id say that its one of the fun parts with a thread, once the topic has been talked about it usually takes a twist and people gets even more to talk about that they maybe havent thought of before.
Off topic posts must be allowed in a thread and if some people thinks that the thread should go back on topic that can easily be done too.
Dont touch our off topic posts!
