Well, isn't it better to believe into God than to be atheist, die, go to hell and notice that you were wrong? After all, what's so big deal that you couldn't believe into God? It's not likely that you lose anything when you do believe into Him, or do you?

1.  If you honestly don't believe God exists, I think "God" would be able to see through it that you're just faking.  You can't just "believe" in God because you think you might get a reward.

2.  Why is it automatically "Judeo-Christian God or nothing?"  What if there's a different form of God that actually gets mad if you worship the Judeo-Christian God?  Then you're making it worse for yourself every time you pray to your version of God.  What if the Buddhists are right and all of that desire for heaven is screwing you up?  Should you get a few more wives just in case the Hard line Mormons (look, I was very careful to say Hard Line, I know this isn't mainstream mormonism we're talkin' about) are right?  Should you go do some suicide bombing on the off chance that the fundamentalist "muslims" have found the one true way to salvation?  Do you also do some snake handling to hedge your bets?  Donated any money to the Scientologists lately?  They could be right, too.

Pretty much as expected seeing as my whole family almost are Jehovah's Witnesses although I agree with some of their teachings I am not a practicing member of the religion. I agree with a post above that on some questions it was hard to choose from the answers given because none of them really fit my beliefs on the topics. My husband was raised Penecostal so we often have some interesting discussions on religion.

Ummm....Too lazy to make a belief-o-meter.....well...I think I'm quite content with the one I'm in now...Anyway...any religion...christian, islam, judaism, anything...(Well expect atheism....umm...is that a religion??) isn't the point just the same??? we believe there's a God, we do good things and shy away from relatively bad things cos we know somewhere He is watching over us or sumthin like that......religion's just like a package it comes with to make u believe more....or that's what I think, anyway.......
