I reach for my pills every time I come back from vacation to find 80 or more emails in my mailbox.

Some new tossers seem to have taken control of it and no mods are present there?

How about turning off e-mail replies? Why should everyone watch what they post just in the hopes that you wont complain about your e-mail being flooded. Welcome to a message board you fruit.

All those threads are new. I don't think he subscribed to any one of them.
Now, I particularly dislike that you reply to a cleaning up thread/request with a post like this. (And if you want to know what I dislike then it's the last sentence, which is an insult and is totally uncalled for in a thread like this.)
I've already given you 5 penalties single-handedly. If you continue with more posts containing insults I'll apply more penalties.
I'm going to be VERY nice and give you one last and final warning, and at the same time spell out what some of your problems are.
- Stop destroying threads by calling people names.
- Finally realize that your apparent mission (which includes but is in no way limited to acting in a derogative and demaning way towards other board members) on this board is not in accordance with the Code of Conduct. (And if you keep the behaviour up penalties will result.)
- Realize that selecting a user name of "Dear_Morons" doesn't in any way entitle you to write posts where you address people as "morons" or similar.
- If you want to flame people, the only thread where this is permissible is the Flame War thread which Sha_Men started several months ago.
I'll also remind you that each penalty will affect your flood-protect, and the effects from now on is considerable and will severly limit your access to post on the forum.
Edited: As to N's request. I hope Hexa took care of it when he was logged in for 5 minutes earlier today.

You gave me 4 penalities for one post for something that just wasn't that bad. Step off your soap box for once Djive. But I cant blame you since your a n00b to the modding world just like Romana is.
You think I havn't noticed the flood protect, can you be anymore obvious?
Also this has to be the 5th time you threatened me about what your going to do...maybe if you had some balls you would actually do it but since your a female I cant blame you there either.

A moderator can't give more than 1 penalty for one post.
Seems you're unaware of what you have been given penalties for. So let me enlighten you:
- One for flaming Andi's thread.
- Two of your posts were penalized in the thread "USA's era of jackasses" (On page 8-9 of Tavern currently.)
- One penalty in the Troll thread.
- One penalty in the Altar of Wishes.

I dont remember a rulebook drawing the ling between the two, nor do I recall one stating different types of off topic. If your off topic your off topic its as simple as that.
According to Djive everyone should have roughly -10 QPs since we all go off topic....Over the course of a thread somewhere it has to go off topic.
Remember when I IMed you about discrimination Djive? Well here it is, you discriminate against me because I flame and may very well be an annoyance. You yourself mentioned to me it was putrid yet YOU do it. Crawl back into your hole and remove the mod status you hyprocrite, you dont deserve it.

Wow why is it that every time DM is around he makes me look like a saint? 
As for his behaviour/mod discipline i have asked for harsher discipline for a long time now and i wouldnt mind seeing him getting some more penalties as long as they are justified. Judging on some of his latest posts though there sure are material for them...
