I chopped pieces of it and shrunk it, but somehow I made it bigger in size. can anyone help? It shouldn't be too hard to make that blurry pic into a HC avvie!

Hi, I'd like to ask how often can a member change his avatar. I've read somewhere on this site that the policy's once per year, but the very first post on this thread suggests its once per lifetime, so does the the FAQ/Rules page, so I'm lost. If anyone can shed some light on the problem, thanks.

You gotta wait a bit man, Val usually uploads once every month or so... last time was June 08 so you probably have to wait for a while.
