Outpost towns?
What are these outpost towns? I here a lot about them but have never found them.

The Outpost towns were going to be structures in Heroes IV that could be captured by a player and converted into any of the six town types. For unknown reasons--although many suspect the poor management at 3DO--the Outpost towns were cancelled. It remains unsure whether or not they will appear in one of the three Expansion packs for Heroes IV.

Three expansion packs??
How loud am I allowed to laugh?? Three expansions made by a team unable to release the MP patch? Who's gonna buy the second of them after one possible expansion that brings almost nothing of value to the game? I accept there will be people buying the first one if only to fix the known bugs, but a second one? And a third?
