Installation help Homm5

This is one of the most annoying thing ever!!
For once I buy a game, because it's heroes and I've bin a fan since the beginning.
Anyway, when I was trying to install the game the first time it freexed at 100%. I pushd the button cancel.
I went to install it and it said succesful. But now when I push the install button it only sas uninstall complete!!
What is this??I've tryed to install both from the auotun, from browsing cd and from the run menu in windows.
This is a bought game...why ain it working?
Really would appriciate some help here!
