Extracting Heroes4 Music

Does anyone know how to extract the music in Heroes4 to MP3 format?

You can get the Heroes IV Resource Explorer from heroes4-explorer.chat.ru. The utility is in English. It allows to unpack any heroes4 resources, edit tables (creature stats etc.) and pack it all back. Enjoy!

I know it's not related to the above post, but how do you take a screenshot in HOMM4? PrintScreen doesn't work, and in the manual there is no keyboard key assigned to it.

There's freeware around the net. Do web search on capture.exe or capture images.
Capture.exe is what I use, 3or so different modes to capturing images on the PC monitor.

edit.. If you really want I could email it to you. thing is, games might have to be in a window rather then.. you know

Thanks! Yeah, if it's no trouble it would be great to have it sent by mail. How big is it?

PrintScreen not working?? Very strange indeed, because it works well for me (I've made some very funny screenshots of real game situations with its help ).

HyperSnap is a really good screeshot program. I have been using it for more than 3 years.

Well Odvin, the PC did seem to do something when pressing PrintScreen, but the suposedly taken screenshots were nowhere to be found...

Thanks for the link HappyPike, I'll check it out.

Isn't it Alt+PrintScreen? In any case, I used these keys to produce screens for a walkthrough article recently. Most of the time though, I use SnagIt, a demo of which can be found on the Net.

In Windows, PrintScreen copies the current image of the screen to the clipboard, while Alt+PrintScreen only copies the image of the current active window.

Thanks a lot guys, I've finally got the knack of it. What I was thinking is that once you pressed PrintScreen you got a jpg image somewhere in the game directory (like it happens in Baldur's Gate for example, where a Scrshot folder is automatically created once you take the first PrintScreen screenshot) and I was looking for something like that. It never crossed my mind to look for the images on the clipboard.
So, thanks again!
