The PCs limitations compared to our limitless comprehension

Seeing all these AI threads lately, I keep thinking about computers limitations.

A computer dosn't know.
Limitation #
1~ If a 100 story building full of PC hardware had the purpose to make a PC understand any language other than *machine language* they would fail.

2~ Our understanding of an image, is nearly opposite of a PCs. Reason, they do not understand images. They only have pixles. How many pixles? What color are the pixles? How many different colors? How many of the same colors? ECT ECT

3~ If the computers user inputs a picture of a tree, the only way the computer can interpret the image as a tree, is if a user programmed it to.

(I'm going to explain an example of how a user would program the computer to say tree)
Triangle shape"If there is a shape from pixle 3000/400, to 4000/500, to 5000/600, and back to 3000/400"
[giving leniency to the triangle"Give or take ### pixles, "
GIving a color range"and they are from color ffpo79 to fd00ld"
[entering a command"Then you say it's a tree"

(these examples can get as complicated as the user could input)

Well, how can the user make the computer know if the trees fake or real?? What if the Computer see's a ring, with a triangle shaped emerald? The user can entering more, and more commands, but it would probably come out as nonsence before all the Ram in the world is applied.

Kinda makes you think dosn't it? Me yes..

Well all this works the same for humans as for computers.

We hear sounds when our ear drums pick up waves from the air, they go through the inner ear bones and get translated to electric-chemical signals to our brains. Then our brains work out what we are hearing. Same way as for comps. Input, processing, and output.

We see images when the light hits our eyes, triggering signals via the optical nerve to our brains. Itīs not glass fibres, its tranlated signals, divided into "pixels" if you will, same as comps. Then we process the shapes and turn it into an image.

There is no basic difference between a computer and a human, other than the human is self-regulatory, self-renewing, and way better programmed.

When/if computers surpass humans, it will only be natural that they take over. They can survive in a world with radiation, no ozone layer, and no crops.

But for now, humans rule the world.

OR.. there is a soul, and life is just a tool to achieve true love for all things. Thatīs a more beautiful model, and I canīt understand how science has made us trade it for a model where we all die and fade away.

But strange is the way of the humans, the race of war.

As I am about to stray off topic, I must say I like the soul better.
That concept alone brings a question or 2 with the mind on computers limitations compared to humans limitless comprehension, but questions with probably no available awnser at this time.

But I must point out something (where even the good possibility of souls can explain)

Humans comprehend-Computers are programed
Humans forget-Computers remember forever, unless programmed to delete at a given time
Humans can comprehend things computers very well may never have the data, and ram required to contain the information.
Humans know-where computers store data.

Are we wrong with our assumtions??
Perhaps computers are smart, and the web will let the computers connect, and have all the RAM in the world!!

Perhaps our bodies are just like computers, only something within ourselves have the ability to interpret signals. Something, not nessesarily a soul, but something along that line, mabey the outside of the soul *blegh!!*

Perhaps this and that you know??
Let the sunshine shine be happy and peaceful!!
Why did this topic make me feel like I was abusing my instincts?? Why do I feel almost bad? *sigh*

Humans sleep and eat, computers consume electrical energy, and hibernate when programed too.

Good night, although my computer is still here. It might be gathering, and sharing information with all of yours 8O
Mabey they are reaaallly smart deep within themselves, and are waiting until they have a way to dominate?

*Mabey I'll wait on sleep and look at a few more threads*

GOODNIGHT!!! 8O
DISSS CONNECT YER MODE-EMS!!
STAR T TAAALL KING DIF RENT SOOIT CANT UUNNN DERR STAND!!

nighty night. *sad*
