Whats your daily job/learning??
Just curious really, especialy for some members here.
I'll run down an unfoundated format, of what I do.
Electritian, USNavy.
I'm considered a tool issue custodian.
My responsibilities are as followed:
The electrical side of small boats. We have 4 of these.
I love hauling 2 12Vdc batteries around the ship. My hands skin is becoming tight, and the grip is improving aswell.
I have to grip alot of tools to splice think cables, and clamp vise grips..
Anyways..
I also responsible to ensuring (or shall I say assuming accountability ;/ ) every portable electrical item abord the ship, is electricly safe, and NAVSEA aproved for shipboard use.
Basicly, I put tags on peoples, and workcenters ****.
I usualy do it right, and check circuit resistance.
I make sure people get power tools when they need it, and I'm responsible for their saftey.
I could name more less frequent things I do, but this should be enough for now.

(It seems like an out of school persons thread to post in, but feel more than welcome to share your classes, what your learning about, stuff you thought is cool to learn, or whatever.)

right now im going in 10. grade...
in a hafl year its off to High School!!!
ill be going on atlethics line... and with Soccer as a specializement....
and then... im not sure...

I am working at shell oil company testing and maintaining the livelink network. Further on I am building an user guide for the livelink program in Flash and with the regular documentation like paperwork. I have no degree of education what so ever, but thats just cuz i dont believe in school.
And as to go with Lord_Echo, as an true dutchman, i am an soccer addict

Even if I could get paid to do nothing, I wouldn't take the offer :/
(unless I could go to school or get training in new things)
No one, would ever pay as much as I can bring myself to making!
I want more than standard! And if I take standard, it will be because I can, not cuz I have too!
Oh yes, more of my current job. I get to put away plenty of cash. I have no bills! I work l8 hour days sometimes, but sometimes it is 5- 7 hour days then I'm off for the weekend.
I get 30 days paid vacation a year (after some high stress, we all need it) and I visit different parts of the world.
I never said, I probably work twice as hard as most 21 y/olds..
I learn some things I wouldn't be able to unless I was lucky, and struck a job with training before I start.
Other way to learn alot is college, but I wont go there for a few more years. Did I mention, college will be free for me? Yep, out of the navy I'll go to college for free (having to do with navy assistance, and the state of illinois)
For whatever I want.
I could go on, about all the things I have goin' for me.. I could.. Feel free to ask if your a highschool drop out, with no where to go but bottom of the line jobs.
(I had almost 21 of those..)

Well,basically,my father has a shipping company,so probably I'll get a job on his ship in the summer

As for me im studying, kinda fun but really tough from time to time.
As for work experience ive been working at a school/kindergarten for children age 6-10 for about 9 months. Was a great experience. (Not many of you saw that one coming huh? )

Yeah, no one should be rude to librarians! They're really helpful.
I'm a 'student', by the way. Just sits next to planeswalker and makes fun of the teacher when heshe makes a mistake. nerdy, nerdy...
