Yes, you need a time trigger to check every day the position:
ZVSE
!#TM1:S1/255/1/255; **all players, every day
!?TM1;
!!HE102:P?v603/?v604/?v605; Here Crag Hack, ID=102**check his location
!!AI:S-1/-1/1/v603/v604/v605/5000000/3; **send all AI to this location
All the AI's will hunt your hero. But it is a sensible command with endless variants.
You will need the following command also:

Is it possible to make an erm script that is triggered by killing a hero (killing a hero will force another hero to 'hunt' for you)

Yes and yes also to your summon thing. Put here the names of heroes involved(and colors) and the creature you wish to summon, and what she has to summon and I will give you the script.

Zydar (purple) hunt Coronius (red), once Malekith (pink) is killed.
Sorceress summon Dendroid Soldiers, about 20-50 or something like that. Supposed to be a tiny bit hard.

Using PI instructions will tell to your map to wogify or not. You can disable wogification but enable commanders, experience, and many others. First you have to figure what scripts you want to run in your map and delete the others with PI. Read the UN section in the ERM help.
Example (this should work for your map, if I got the idea of what you looking for):
ZVSE
!?PI;
!#UN:P5/0; [Map isn't wogified]
!#UN:P6/1; [Heroes don't start with Commanders]
!#UN:P3/1; [disable Commanders]***so power stones give treasure
!#UN:P900/1; [Stack Experience is enabled]
!#UN:P906/0; [Stack Experience may be gained from Battles]
!#UN:P2/1; Cannot leave monsters on the map
!#UN:P4/1; [Players can not demolish towns]
!#UN:K1/1 M1; [Disable Monster bonuses, spawning and plagues]

Edn, please replace the above TM's with this one. it is the 100th time I do the same amateur mistake, confounded format E with E1. Red player is 1 bit, not zero, and purple is 32 bits, not 5. Sorry, corrected.
