Thank you, RerryR. I end up not using it because of the following:

!#HE:H$1/$2/$3/$4; must be used to set army for new heroes when they appear in tavern at the start of a new week.
But since the armies for the first week were already set before wogification, you need to set them again but only for the first week. This is done using: !!HE:C0/#1/$2/$3; after a !?PI instruction, no timer need it.

I say this cause I saw !!HE:C0/#1/$2/$3; being used weekly in scripts doing the same.

*P.S. I've used the old syntax cause it's what is on the Help.

Is there an exploitable event when hiring an hero in tavern? I mean, when I click on the button to hire a level 1 hero give him experience with this action, for instance?

There is OW:V which sets up the heroes available in tavern, but not what you ask.

Thx. I didn't thought so but since there is an event, I could be missing his treatment.
Btw, I know your latest map is old enough to vote but I can't refrain myself: TEW IV is amazing but in Master of Demons Commodus (and just Commodus) should have a !!HE:X1 or !!HE:X4 specialty in Hell Barons, not a !!HE:X6. Like it is is like playing Necro just with Vidos & Isras, wouldn't you prefer to have at least one Galthran to lead them?

No, because that would require a constant use of secondary heroes to upgrade to Hell Barons, while some objects give only devils on map, directly to the one winning the fight. I also try to avoid specialties boosting stats at same time as the player can change those stats in DL, there may be conflicts.

Hero Mod

Hello everyone !

I'm new here and my english level isn't so good...

I'd like to know if there is a mod to create new heroes not replace heroes but litteraly create new ones (avatar, name, bio, skills, abilities, etc...)

If not, is it possible to create the mod ?

Sorry if that post isn't in the good place...

The standard ERA 3 does not offer this possibility. Replacements however are not a problem and can be fully customized.

Is there someone able to do this ?

Hello!

I recently made several ERA scripts that I'd like to share with everyone here, but I've noticed that mod downloads are packaged as an installer. Is there a tool or process somewhere I should use to package my mods in this way?

Yes you can use the Mod Manager to make an .exe out of your mods. Just right-click the mod in the mod manager.
When you share them please provide a good description of what it does, some pictures and name any incompatible mods.
Looking forward to what you got

Hi guys,

I've been tinkering with ERM since last summer, making a good use of the ERM help included with ERA. However, I've come to realize that lots of the commands that can often be found in the current mods are not explained in the guide. Several commands related to !!SN, and !!FU commands not followed by a number but by a reference in brackets come to my mind right off the bat, but there's so much other stuff.

Can an updated version of the guide be found anywhere? I try to learn from others' scripts, but man, it's pretty hard to make progress, especially if these are your first steps at modding.
