new races
I would like 2 see some new races in h5. For example an underground race ruled by Gelu. Gelu along with his best troops resurrected by an "underground" dark priest and attacking the surface at night. I liked the "day/night" ideea. What do you think?

Yes! Dark elves are interesting. But they should be level 3 or 4, not a race. I don't see the elf, as a race, livin` in the underground. This race I'd like to be a combination between some of the death creatures and chaos creatures.

I included two drow units in this town and an explanation of how they got there. The drows rangers have been equiped with special bows, made by the alchemics. The drow mages have combined spiritual and material forces, thus making them dangerous spellcasting units.

It could work if there would be day and night but when the hero is caught by the sunrise what does he do?is he going to suffer penalties?It would look great if he rode a manticore....it would make the hero look scary.About the creatures..i accept the ideea of dark elves....not undead or chaos....think about it the hero that leads them ....his story should be like this....he goes in the underground and finds a community of creatures that ran away from the enemy..and he becomes their leader...and prepers some spells that would make the creatures better wariors.there should be a creature Worm...found and tamed by those inhabitants of the underground.

Hmm.. nice.. But still.. it's uderground, where the fire and death have a defined place. These combined creatures along with the help of a god could be the beginin` of a powerfull race. And yes, at the sunrise the hero should suffer penalties, but not the creatures. Not great penalties, some bad morale or somethin`..

we need giants (not from homm3) but actual giants, with clubs for higher lvls, and a snake race, kind of jungleish

I agree with you ...giants are good...think about this :after staying in the underground the creatures suffered several transformations cause of the rough life and they got bigger,stronger.The ogres are bigger and more barbaric.
the elves are bigger and the have very big bows.you said something about snakes i said about worms.It could work

In an old threat, there was talk of an insect town that inhabited an underground ancient forest. What would you think about underground insects?

centapedes live underground, they could work, and creatures that fought alot of battles underground could change all togetherbut maybe the hero would have to have a special ability of some sorts, like survival
